Ethel, and her brother Fred, are 3 years old and were rescued locally when someone dropped them off to an elderly woman who rehabs wildlife. Since they are potbellies she asked the sanctuary for help. They arrived to the sanctuary together when they were 8 weeks old. 

We immediately held a naming contest – a fan of the I Love Lucy show won the contest.

Fred and Ethel will live out their lives, together at the sanctuary.
